In about a year of bidding for a council flat, I've been offered my second viewing. There are 5 other people who'll be viewing the property, and they all have more points than me, so it's unlikely I'll get it: the other people would all have to say no for it to become mine. This one is a housing association flat, and is more expensive than the Camden council ones, but with my points I don't have too much choice in the matter. It's a single bedroom flat (i.e. one bedroom flat with small bedroom) near to Camden Town tube/Regent's Canal. One of the reasons I want a council flat is that one day I might be stable enough to have a job, and I'd like to have cheap rent TYVM.

I have been living in this temporary flat now for 3 years and 11 months.

I've got an appointment with a fitness trainer at the gym shortly. I'm nervous. I'll need to be open about my unresolved binge eating problems and how that affects my weight. I want to stress to him that I really enjoy weight lifting, it's something that helps me get out of the house. Cardio I find a combination of boring and difficult, but my fitness in improving so it's getting easier. I have problems with motivation to do cardio. Generally, what I want out of an exercise program is to get fitter, stronger, and develop my muscles. Ooh, another thing: I am very attached to Bodybuilding for Beginners by Bill Reynolds. I take it with me each time I do weight lifting because even after about 2 months of regular training I forget the exercises and have to look it up. It has pictures, and I need pictures. It's usually no good someone telling me how to do something once/twice/more, my problems with co-ordination and memory/understanding about physical things really gets in the way. I'll take that, along with my little exercise journal where I record every set that I do and how much the weight is I'm lifting etc.

Edit: read about my fitness review over on maryfat if you like.
