Thursday never looking back
Saw GP this morning, who talked to me about the low dose anti-psychotic he prescribed me last week. We're both happy with it, though I think my psychiatrist, who I am seeing in early Feb, won't be. He's a nice guy. I walked to the chemist the long way round as I felt like it, and booked an appointment for a back rub at my local Chinese medical place this afternoon.
Today has been a good one so far. I've managed to have a shower (first time in 3 days) and a healthy breakfast. Slept well last night.
