mylar balloons?

Does anyone know where I can get mylar balloons, Midtown West? Google is proving to be extremely unhelpful, and the nearest party city is way the eff downtown.

Anyone know of a decent florist/bodega/dollar store/stationers around here that will sell me just a few balloons without making me buy a whole big basket of overpriced flowers to go with them?
