Shoulder pain today has been relegated to being under the shoulder blade. Which is annoying in that it's not so painful that I would take something (which I really don't mind) but it's also in a place that heat can't exactly permeate. I feel like if I could just push a pen or something under the blade and give it a good scratch, all would be good ( Read more... )
