Yay! I can even log in from my phone now! Woo-hoo!!
So I'm at my Mom's this morning. I drove some small stuff over from NJ and then we visited some relatives I haven't seen in years that live a couple of blocks away. I then spent the night and am currently looking in the cupboards, despairing of fitting my food in with hers. Don't even get me started on the over-packed freezer. Where will my Ben & Jerry's Coffee Coffee Buzz Buzz Buzz ice cream go?!
Today I have agreed to go to church with Mom. Not the local greek church but the church of the patron saint of my father's island, there to see more relatives I haven't seen in years. I expect to need LOTS of coffee and/or liquor before this day is done.
And all of this while the constant scream of panic echoes in the back of my brain. I need to finish packing!!
PS: I am also actively avoiding my brother who wants to 'help' with the move. No thank you. That's a headache I don't need on top of an already stressful situation.
PPS: Mom, and the family, had better not get any ideas of me becoming a church-goer. Not my religion, folks.
