Supernatural... This is definitely end of an ERA!

In the last 5 years I have been religiously following Supernatural and the boys. And what I experienced last night I never thought I would. I was crying from the first 5 minutes until the screen blanked out.

Jules! I love them so much too. The constant pain they have been feeling... I think we saw great moments, but half of the story is still untold!! Why are we only getting to know that they are stargazing for HOURS without even talking, and sleeping in the CAR! and everything...
This makes my heart ache!!!!

It was a worthy finale! but yeah I also had the love/hate reaction as well so you're not alone!

What a stunning poster!

I'm a bit confused though because your post comes off as a goodbye post :( I don't want you to leave *clings*

As there is a S6 although it's with Sera Gamble as Showrunner and not Kripke which could be interesting to see...

No I'm not leaving, don't get me wrong, but this IS an end of an ERA. Things has changed and nothing will be the same. Sam and Dean drew up, and as much as I hate to say, I did too.

I grew up with them, and I have my own responsibilities now. It's nice to see how many things has changed around me, in me...

This is not a goodbye. Also I always say, where something ends... there is something else begins :)

Well, after I left the comment here, I read a review which had the sentence:

(Canon Ends Here: everything else is just Expanded Universe.)

So I do understand that yeah it is the end of an era...

But I'm so glad that you're still sticking around *hugs*

This episode had me crying so much, it's hard to believe.
I've always watched it alone, though, and it's been an amazing journey nonetheless. I can't even imagine what it'd mean watching with a friend but it must be awesome.
Here's to the 6th Season!

Awww... I'm the same. I cried like baby. I don't remember crying on an episode like this. I cried on like handful of SPN episodes before. Where Sam gets stabbed and the next when he gets resurrected by Dean, and in Heart when he kills Madison.... Those moments.... And In my Time of Dying....

I love the show. It brings me so many classical moments, and reminds me of the unconditional love that we all should feel when we talk about family. And yeah they are soulmates.....

THIS!

Your reaction post was possibly one of the best ones that we read so far. ♥ both my sister and I are hoping to tell Jared how his performance in the last episode totally brought us to tears. Don't get me wrong here, everyone was AMAZING, but the expression that he had in his eyes, when he was about to jump *sobs* that was so powerful. And all the fashbacks were brilliant!!

We can't wait for season 6 to begin!! \o/ \o/

I never do reaction posts. Mostly because I have so many things in me that I cannot tell them right. After one episode I open 30 links and read through each and every one of them. Mostly I don't comment because I don't know what to say.

There are so many theories so many nice way of explaining things but what I feel... I cannot describe. It's the love for my family, the love for someone who will ALWAYS will love you, no matter what, that counts.

Yeah, it's something I would start watching over and over again...
