I accidentally BCCed a large mailing list when replying to an email someone had sent answering my question.

Can you say "prepare to be flamed"? :P

At least I learned my lesson though, and some of the non-flaming replies were actually helpful in terms of what I could do to avoid spamming the list other than by BCCing it.
