Sheep wants me to come downstairs and snuggle with him. Now I just exactly what the centipede was about. Whew. I'm so glad it wasn't a warning regarding Paladin, or Unicorn, or something else I suspected.

It's my mother's birthday today. For her birthday I'm reading her novel and editing as I go. I begin to think I would make an excellent editor. By the way... I have not gotten an itinerary in my e-mail yet. :/

Been thinking about you all day.
I just got back from dinner with my brother and mother. And apparently my mother has been gossiping about my new love interest (you, i.e. "Paladin") to everyone... And she was loaded with different people's relationship advice.... >.<
It was hilarious. Meanwhile, my brother is making goggly-eyes at the waitress (who was drop-dead gorgeous) and he starts complaining about how I've got men coming from different parts of the country to meet me, and now have one buying me plane tickets, when he can't even get a half-decent looking date.
So I was telling him that if only he'd quit smoking cigarettes and quit drinking, and be a bit more careful about what he ate how many women it would open up. But he doesn't care if she's a complete air head, soo...
But I really don't want him to hook up with a girl who has habits as bad as him - then neither he or the girl would ever change for the better. I'd rather see him turn his life around and then find a decent woman who makes it all worth it for him.
Anyway, those are just some thoughts from the day. I was telling my mom about you reading to me, and she gave me the most... loving smile. I love it when she smiles at me like that. Makes me feel like I'm being a good daughter somehow. I also told her about the three weeks, and she made that noise I was afraid she'd make, but there was no lecture, w00t. (I timed this announcement carefully, lol.)
Well, shoot me a line when you get these messages. I'm going to go watch a movie (that sadly won't be anime because my brother has some block-buster movies that need to be watched.... )
Even though I have little to no interest in watching such a movie. But, hopefully it'll be decent.

The movie wasn't bad. It was called “Stranger than Fiction” and well, it wasn't bad. I'm not too sure there is much more to say about it.

I still ought to call Turtle. I made some headway on Walrus's screen play, which he's going to pay me to type up. Unicorn called to report that he misses me, but doesn't want to skateboard over here in the rain. Shame. I would have liked his company tonight.
