Well, I went swimming today for the first time in YEARS! I'm totally exhausted and yet I feel so alive. Everything is starting to look so positive nad hopeful. I really need to go swimming every week now. I was so pathetic compared to how I used to be. I got cramp in both legs and I couldn't do a full length underwater

I forget.. how tall are you? 'cause you weigh less than RJK too and he's 6 feet.

And yes I weight less than RJK at the moment too. Not by much, but I am still less.
