Summer Showers and Missing Muse
My muse is missing. And damned if I knew where it went. She has a habit of leaving me when I need her the most. Fickle little witch. Which explains why I have not updated anything in the last month. After my trip, I got caught up with real life and the next thing I knew, I'm way past due an update and my muse has gone on a summer holiday. On a summer when it rains, too. Which is weird, but should be expected. Given the effects of global warming.
Anyway, to kind of get something going, I re-read the unfinished chapter I started. Thing is, I realized I didn't like it. So, I scrapped the entire thing off, and started re-writing. I'm still trying to figure out parts of it, but I'm nearly halfway done with the re-work. There's still a significant portion I haven't written, and I sure hope I can find the time to finish it before the end of the week. If my muse happens to read this, coming back at this time would really help.
