Well, it's been a crazy couple of weeks. Last Saturday was semi, and that was loads of fun. I have a lot of pictures...maybe I'll post them if I'm not feeling too lazy. I have no pictures of my date and me lmao...I have pictures with EVERYONE else on earth though. Lots of Davey...none of Maksym haha. Well the whole night was really fun. The DJ sucked though. He didn't play Drop it Like it's Hot! I don't like rap, but that song rules! Plus it's like THE song this year...you think they'd play it. Hmm...what else? Everyone looked so nice! Alisa and Colleen looked so beautiful! They had such gorgeous dresses...I wish I spent more time looking for mine...I hated it. Lauren looked great too...along with Rebar. Hell, everyone looked good. I danced with Mike May during Hey Mama, lmao. I love that kid.
Anyway, after semi, Alisa and I met up with Karin and had some quality time behind the Giant, lol then we headed back to Costa Del Schoellig. Colleen met up with us later and we had the door closed and the lights off for a while so Alisa's mom thought we were doing drugs or something, but we were really playing Scattergories lmao. The next morning it was REALLY warm so we walked to Dickson City to visit Karin at CVS and get food. Colleen left after a while and Leesyass and I bought Schick Intuition razors. That is the best razor ever and everyone on earth should have it. Later we went back to Alisa's house and watched Chicago until my mommy came.
All last week was Catholic Schools week and that's always a lot of fun. On twin day, Colleen and I wore our Defying Gravity shirts and painted our faces green and were twin Elphabas. I lost on Clash day for my first time in my High School career...I'm usually the master of Clash Day (freshmen year I got 3rd place, sophomore year I got 2nd place) but this year...NOTHING! I was pissed. Oh well, I still have one more year. Friday was the most spirited Spirit Day we've ever had. Maggie had all these awesome ideas for it...everyone was so pumped up. People got points for ridiculous things like having noisemakers, having at least 5 people with painted faces, having an inflatable bear in the stands, having one of those weird cheese hats and having someone dress up like the class's mascot. Ours was the Jolly Green Giant and Joe Caputo dressed up like him. He looked so awesome lol. The Sophomores had Napoleon Dynamite though which was way cooler. They had signs that said stuff like "Of course we're gonna win, Gosh!" and "Flippin sweet" lol. I painted the Phantom of the Opera mask on my face in green (because green was the Junior colors) and did the three legged race with Leesy. We fell twice but were still in the lead when we got back to the guys who were doing the second part of it (Dominic Marino and Josh Watters). I have a big ass bruise on my knee now.
The Juniors ended up with second place in the end, but that's ok, we'll get them next year. I think it was rigged anyway because our guys beat the seniors at Tug o War. Eh, it happens.
After school, Dana took Megan and I out to lunch at Jim Dandy's and we had an excellent meal. I'd never eaten there previous to that, but I extremely satisfied. I had chicken parm. Mmmmmm.
After school I tried finding some people to hang out with, but everyone was busy. I was kind of sad about that also because everyone was busy on Saturday too. I ended up sitting in my room playing Final Fantasy X (which I enjoy even if Jolie doesn't) all weekend like a big loser. Oh well.
Oh yeah! I finally started driving! I went out 3 times over the weekend. I'm pretty terrible at it and freaked out every time a car was near me, but it's cool. I'll get better.
I got my grades for second quarter. I missed honors by 3 hundredths of a point. Grrrr...goddamn Mr. Lloyd. Here they are if anyone's interested.
