[Being in Mayfield for over a year has given Vince a pretty good idea of what to except when certain days come along, and Mother's Day is one that especially sticks out in his memory. Mostly because of how fun Father's Day was after that, but Vince isn't planning on going through that all over again. Too awkward. Too messy. Too filled with doing

[Oh goodness, Vince, it seems your lovely wife happened to take a trip to the store as well! It looks like she's purchasing various items pertaining to food preparation as well as gardening. There also appear to be a lot of odd cleaning chemicals in there.]

Crayons? Aren't those the instruments children use to draw and color pictures? Don't ours seem a little old for that?

No, I'm feelin' very... glected! I've just always used crayons to draw stuff, is all.

Are you sure? I can certainly make more time to spend with my dear and loving husband.

[Yuuka takes yet another step closer, reaching her hand out in an attempt to gently place it on Vince's cheek.]

Oh, y'don't need to, I'm well busy with... work. And other stuff. Well busy, might not even be home for a few days!

Oh, but dear, what if I'm feeling a bit neglected? I rarely get to see you, what with me sleeping so often and you working and...well...I can't help but feel like you're avoiding me, dear.

[Yuuka does her best to give Vince a sad look...but it kind of doesn't come out right. It looks more as if she's holding in laughter.]

[oh god she's jovial that can only mean pain for him why] I ain't avoidin' you! It's just, um, well... Since we ain't really married, it wouldn't be proper for me to, um, look into that. [smooth]

How polite of you. [Yuuka gives him a gentle pat on his cheek, and finally releases him.]

I must say I like you much more than my last husband here. You actually speak and get flustered so easily.

So, what exactly is it you are planning to do with all of this? Are you creating some nice artwork?

[The woman makes no other indication that she's going to do anything horrible to him, she's even simply smiling pleasantly as she speaks.]
