This Was Not The Plan
No, the plan was: nip outside into the rain, feed animals, give sickly chinchilla some antibiotics, back inside, write something short and random in LJ, get organised to go to work.
That was the plan.
Mister Lister was not supposed to die before I gave him his first dose of medicine that I got from the vet yesterday.
Now I feel extremely crap about not taking him to the vet sooner, when I first thought he might have been losing weight.
He was 7 years old and the first chinchilla I ever bred, the only one I've owned from birth to death.
That's all I can bear to say right now ... :(
