Five shifts of my seven-day week are DONE! Two night shifts to go and then a day off --- *feeble woot*
I still have that annoying cough. Have felt much better the last two days, but it still gets worse at night and sleep is frequently disrupted by coughing fits, except for (strangely) the pre-dawn hours.
Ate a 200g hollow Easter egg tonight. I really wasn't intending to ... *eep* - it just ended up in my mouth, piece by piece. Just as well I didn't get any Cadbury Cream Eggs today, like I wanted too, or else things really would have gotten out of hand! :D My goodness, I love the dark chocolate ones with mint cream filling.
Today was cold. My extended summer really is over. As I was overseas during the coldest part of last winter, I've experienced mild-to-hot weather for the last 7 months! Very soon I will have to dig out my favourite winter accessories ... scarf, possum wool gloves, arm warmers and caliometry. Bring on the rain, frost and fog!
