Now I'm getting the runaround from two telcos simultaneously. AT&T has screwed up our line so nobody can put a dialtone on it. TDS is powerless until AT&T can fix it.
I called TDS last night to tell them to cancel my order. They very effectively bribed me to wait - I'm getting a $10 credit per month for every day they're late. I also finally got a customer service guy who's doing stuff other than apologizing and saying there's ntohing he can do. The guy has actually called *me* with updates

Yeah, so when I called to complain about my cable being out and not my internet, they said "we'll send someone right out, tonight if possible. Tomorrow first thing at the latest
