we went to william smith and hamilton over the weekend. i love traveling. playing east coast private schools. i never would have dreamed. only 2% of high school soccer players play in college. it's a gift. too bad we lost to vassar last weekend too. as a rookie i can't change the team. next year when the seniors leave things will be different.
had a much needed day off yesterday. went to the mall with ann, briggs, kit and ann's sister. it was excellent to just walk around. ann took us on a tour of her hometown of albany. then we went to her house for dinner. things were so cute and new england. they even have a milk man. we ate a home cooked meal, i sat in an actual living room, talked to real parents. it was comfortable.
i'm taking a trip out to maine before this year is up to visit my teammates briggs and andi. briggs lives on an island too. how awesome is that. the coast is beautiful. sooo many places too little time.
