He's gone.

Jeff has passed away. I just have to keep telling myself that he's in a better place, and keep my mom together for as long as I can.

Jeff doesn't have much time left. The doctors sat me and my mom down a while ago and gave us the time frame along with all the ways to make him comfortable before he goes. He's too weak for Chemotherapy now and the majority of his veins are collapsed so they can't do anymore blood tests. They have him on Radiation to shrink the tumors in his throat ( Read more... )

I cannot get over how nice it is outside today. It's super warm if you're walking anywhere and it's wonderful. Spring is here, I think, and that means that obscenely high temperatures and summer are right around the corner. I can't wait to hit the beach and dive into the ocean! JEFF IS OKAY!He's going to be alright for the next little while too and it's wonderful! ♥ I'm still in Saint John but I should be home later tonight unless the doctors need to keep him under observation for a while here. Jeff collapsed this morning. I didn't see it happen but mom came to wake me up after she called 911 and I still have the image of Jeff prone on the kitchen floor. It feels like my life is breaking into separate pieces and I keep having to put them back together again. It's painful and annoying and I don't like it one bit.
