Free granola bars!
Today was a pretty exciting day...I gave my last presentation for the semester (only one more paper to write, and courses are officially over!), I took a new bus route home (and saved 75 cents by not taking the O-Train), and the government tried to steal $59.25 from me (but I got them to promise to give it back). Most importantly, however, my coupon for FREE GRANOLA BARS arrived in the mail!
See, these days, I watch too much TV. Actually, it's not even that I watch it...I just keep it on a lot as background noise when I'm marking or playing the Sims or whatever. Anyway, all this TV-on-ness finally paid off a couple of weeks ago, when I saw a Kashi commercial that claimed that one could get a free box of granola bars just by signing up for it on the Kashi website. Naturally, I took out my trusty laptop, and got right to it! A few days ago, I checked the status of my coupon, and found that it would arrive in the next 4-6 weeks...very upsetting. However, to my great surprise, it arrived today! BEST MAIL DAY EVER!!!
Now, I just need to decide what kind of granola bars I want. I'm thinking Peanut Peanut Butter...I mean, that's a lot of peanuts...
(And yes, this is actually the most interesting thing happening to me right now.)
