More Department-Store Fail

1) This is America. Americans speak English. Do not walk into my checkout line and start barking at me in whatever heathen language you blather in. My family... had to learn english and assimilate into American culture and by God you will to. Oh and I understand quite a bit of Spanish so don't look so insulted when I insult you right back.

2) Our store offers many many value-added services, including the wonderful ability to open a charge card account right at the register. I have 30 people in line behind you. Most with children, all of them in a hurry... some of them have to be back at work Very Soon. The process of applying for the charge card takes half-hour 45 min or so... Yes I am going to refuse you service no I don't care if your sister in law sits on the town zoning board and fine go tell the store manager he's the one who authorized this to being with.

3) Price override. Yes I can correct prices with the override key. I can fix the price to match the sale paper or the markdown tag or on occasion give you a break on damaged items. DO NOT come up here and expect me to believe that every price on every item is incorrect by $3-4 dollars because you know what... I'm not that stupid!
