Well, only a few weeks of summer to go. It's nice knowing that I did absolutely nothing most of the time. Heck, I didn't even finish Dragon Quest VIII like I said I would. Well, what with school being only a few weeks away, I'm trying to do everytihng that I'm going to want to do over the course of the school year that I won't have enough time to do. This includes web-designing my butt off. I'm planning on making a fanlisting for Wilhelm from Ludwig Kakumei. Haven't applied, yet. I'm not too concerned of getting rejected since Ludwig Kakumei's a pretty...uncompetetive field. The funny thing is that I've already made a layout. It's been a good year since I've coded a layout completely, so it was pretty akward. I'm almost done though, I just need to tweak a few things here and there. (And hope that the fanlisting gets accepted!):
A new layout for this LJ is also in the planning stage. I want to use either Miyavi or The Gazette. Probably Miyavi though, because he doesn't look like a midget when he's standing up. (He's 6'1", I'm convinced he's not full Japanese. And that his parents dropped him on his head when he was a child.) Or maybe Malice Mizer. Ho-hum, it depends on who happens to have better scans.
Also, I came to the sad realization that I'm probably the most pathetic half-Japanese person alive. So, in an effort to fix this horrible problem, I've picked up studying Japanese again. It turns out the best way for me to learn is by repetition, therefore, I downloaded Minikyou, a nifty little kanji dictionary. Not only that, but there are little kanji cards that stick to the corner of my screen with their definitions that changes every half and hour. So now if I go to Japan, maybe it'd be more believable that I'm Japanese. (Frankly, people think I'm hispanic.)
I wish the next episode of Blood+ would hurry up and get released.
