So I'm down in California helping out my sister this weekend while my dad's away (she had surgery so she's not moving around all that well and she needed help with the maintainence stuff she does in her complex) and of course every time I come to RIverside I have to go to the Crowning Anime Store of Awesome at the Tyler Galleria. So, went up last night and...
Gone. There's a massive crater where my store used to be. Okay, it's a vacant store, but there's a massive crater where my HEART used to be now. Where am I going to find my action figures? My DVD sets that cost twice as much anywhere else by mail order? My fricking posters! Nooooo!
The pet shop next door did say that there's a new store opening next month that's supposed to be bigger, and coincidentally right in time for any Comicon people who happen to have any money left *cough* so we'll see if I'm one of those and if it is in fact open.
Until then, just... damn!
(but I sure am glad I got my Cait Sith/Red XIII figures last time I was here. I missed out on them at Comicon last year and if I missed out on them again I would be grrrrr!)
