i've been trying to get a tire for like 2 weeks now and the assholes at firestone and ford are doing everything to piss me off. customer service sucks these days. they all should be fired. fuck firestone! anyways i should get the tire tomorrow but i'll probably have to pay for it even though they are supose to be covered. that is if they have the tire anyway. the guy wouldn't even let me tell him what kind it was. jaslkdfjlksadjkflakjsdlkf i'm frustrated. little things like getting a tire should not be this fucking difficult.
