Weigh In
So today is the day that I weigh in!

Highest Weight:245
Starting Weight:232
Last Weeks Weight: 227.5
This Weeks Weight: 225.5
Loss WTD: 2lbs
Loss YTD: 6.5lbs

Good good, I won't complain. But I know I could've done better...about 3/7 days were bad.

However, my eating habits get better and better every day. My calories are slowly getting closer to what they should be, and I'm getting less hungry.

Can't wait to run my 5K in May, and I'm very excited to do Day 2 of C25K tomorrow!
