Well decided to go on a semi-pilgrimage to a few sites around Ohio.

First stop was the Newark Earthworks - part of which is infamously part of a golf course.

Went to the Great Circle - pictures of which just do not do justice to the sheer scale of the earthworks on the site.

Well last weekend spent most of Friday night with Animate and ended up in a packed Karaoke booth at MoMos proving that I can not sing. TONE DEATH FOREVER!!!

Only was at Comfest shortly Friday and spent almost all my time on Sunday sitting at the Three Cranes Grove booth. Other than that walked around a little to shop and caught about ten minutes ( Read more... )

One of OSU's more famous albino squirrels 'Whitey', who dwelt on the South Oval and was Baker Hall's unofficial mascot (also a more recent staple of New Student Tours), became a victim of a Red-Tailed Hawk last Friday (the 9th) and it happened in full view of a lot of people on the South Oval.
