Have made it to frosty Toronto - now what?
After an annoyingly delayed flight, I have made it to Toronto. And I have no idea what to do here! Any suggestions?
Anyway, quick recap:
New York - well, the East Village at any rate (didn't see too much of the rest of NY) - is rather nice. I saw a show! Forbidden Broadway: Rude Awakening - hilarious if you know anything about musicals... especially the unholy dominance of Lloyd Webber or the horrid Disneyfication of Broadway.
Max Brenner in the US is INSANE! There is waaay too much included in each item. I had this marvellously disgusting chocolate mess thing: chocolate cake in a bowl, covered in chocolate sauce with chocolate pieces and hazelnut something and chocolate ice cream. And other stuff. And that's not even including the whipped cream and the toffee cream and the toffee bananas I asked them to leave off. Oh God... I'm getting sick just thinking about it...
It's a happy sick really... =)

If you go to NY, you have to go to The Strand - 18 miles of books. How close to perfection is that?!
