Personality: Phania is quiet, slightly withdrawn, though not really horribly shy. She used to be more outspoken, but the death of her elder sister tempered that a bit, sadly. She tends to keep to herself more than anything now, though she's still friendly, and certainly likes spending time with her friends and all.
She's still quite the curious little girl, though. She might not ask all of her crazy questions anymore, but she watches what goes on around her, and she remembers things.
Phania's not the smartest kid ever, but she's far from the stupidest, as well. She enjoys school well enough, though, and she figures that as long as she does her best, she'll have nothing to be ashamed of!
Strengths: Both magical and personality: Theophania (or Phania) is curious about everything. She likes to know how things work and why they work and what makes everything happen the way it does. She loves to read -- I mean, loves -- because this plays into her curiosity.
Her most favoritest class ever is Astronomy, which she just adores. She finds everything about the stars interesting, and could think or talk about it for long periods of time. She relates it to Astrology, which she reads all about in her spare time. Her other strong classes are also all non-wand-related things; she's good at Herbology and enjoys History of Magic (though she thinks it could use a more interesting Professor!) As far as Potions goes, she's decent, but not excellent by any means. Once she reaches third year she's sure to include Divination to her schedule, and she'll enjoy it, though she has not a drop of seer in her.

She works hard in them (there's that Hufflepuff) but she can't grasp them for the life of her. She's interested in flying, and really wants to try, but it apprehensive because of her older brother, Nico, and his accident.
She's quite sensitive and pretty easy to hurt -- especially if it's from someone she cares about. She has a tendency to cry, actually; she doesn't do it to try and be manipulative, she does it because she feels the need to cry when she's upset.

Not that she has to do a whole lot -- the benefit of a loving family -- but that doesn't make her lazy or anything of the like.
Fears... Phania fears losing anyone else close to her. Even if she and Kiri weren't the closest ever, she was still her older sister, and Phania loved her a lot and doesn't want to go through anything like that ever again. In the more physical realm of things, she has a large, rather irrational fear of bad weather. Thunder, lightning -- even just rain, if it's coming down in more than a mere drizzle, rather scares her, and she has been known to hide under her bed (or just her covers) on occassion.
History: Theophania was born in 1994 to one Elidorium Florentine, and her husband Harold Florentine. She was the fourth, and last, child that they had, the baby of the family. She grew up in Llangollen, a nice green place in Wales. Like her siblings, she had free run, taking the opportunity to explore every nook and cranny that she could, and she loves her home very much. She has now transferred that love of exploring to the Hogwarts castle, where her curiosity and imagination can run free.
She had a happy childhood with her parents and siblings, and was always quite the happy child because of it -- that is, until her older sister died earlier in the school year. Though she hasn't become totally depressed or anything, she's definitely quieted down and is a bit less quick to smile or want to do anything too far outside of the rules.
She's always adored and somewhat idolized her older brother Nicodemus, and was somewhat saddened when she was sorted into a house other than his, though she settled into Hufflepuff quite nicely.
