Okay, this is all fine except for one little thing which you don't have to change if you don't want to, but it would be nice if you would consider it:

There are less 6th year Gryffindors than 7th year Gryffindors, would you mind upping him down a year so that he doesn't have to sleep on the floor of his dormitory?

Once you've answered that you're all set up to go, so just prod someone to post the approval message (I might be gone to THE OUTBACK!) either way, though yes... he would get a BED if he were a sixth year.
