The Soffio Flower was discovered in Rome by Grete Kazimar. Similar in appearance to normal Viburnum flowers, Soffio blooms are actually surrounded by their own aura that is completely invisible to the naked eye and undetectable by any measure or test of the senses. However, when exposed to gasses, perfumes, or anything with a scent, the Soffio’s aura will suddenly become visible, revealing it’s self as a kind of glow or light. The color of this light is dependant on the nature of the gas, perfume or smell it’s exposed to. The 48th Prime Minister of the Italian Ministry in Venice used Soffio flowers as a warning system alerting him to the presence of dangerous poisons in the air. Of course, the Soffio cannot detect Exploding Apple Snappers, which would explain the Prime Minister’s rather messy death in 1881.

"We're supposed to see what aura's the scents make the flowers." Anya rolled her eyes and watched J.J. for a bit. Half of her hoping that whatever scent it was in the bottle would make him think twice.
