At home today, waiting for another mover to come and give an estimate.  This one sounds exactly like David Tennant on the phone.  Which is a little unusual for southwest Ohio. 

Can anyone recommend a book or other resource intended for the hesitant and ignorant about looking for and buying a house?  Ideally it should reflect post-housing bust conditions.
