Whitefly
My sister says my indoor basil plants have a bad case of whitefly.
I bought them at a farmer's market in July, and they've been isolated ever since, so I assume they came that way. She says to drench them in soapy water. I did this, a few weeks ago, but if anything they look worse.
What should I do? Can they be saved? I've never eaten any of the leaves, strange though it sounds. I've been "saving" them, but they're starting to flower, so I need to harvest soon if I'm going to harvest.
