Despair No.1- Despairs for the future
Good morning, Class 2-C. I am your new homeroom and social studies teacher, Nozomu Itoshiki.
As my first task as a teacher here, I have been told to give out these 'Hopes for the future' surveys to you all. But, you should know by now that there is no hope in this world! It is possible for you to cling on naively to hope through your younger years, but when you reach highschool you must learn your limitations if you are to live a proper, well-balanced life! You must now acknowledge that there are many things you do not have a single chance of doing in this world, no matter how much you put your heart into it!
So, I am changing this to a 'Despairs for the future' survey! Write down in the space provided the top three things you can never hope to acheive, starting with the most hopeless to the least hopeless (but still hopeless).
