People keep saying "nobody can fill a 40GB MP3 player" around me. When I tell them I have 150GB of music and am forever deleting things off my 40GB MP3 player to put new stuff on, they seem genuinely shocked. Now, I'll admit that 150GB is a lot, but I've only got 6000 songs on my player*, and so that's only a few hundred albums. That doesn't seem like that much to me at all. Am I just crazy?
(Yeah, the 4MB/song rule is horribly inaccurate in practice. I always thought it was dumb to list capacities by the number of songs, but apparently manufacturers think it's the best way to reel people in.)
