Yum. James and I made Pacific Rim pasta. 2 pounds of it. With red and green peppers, mushrooms, broccoli, pineapples, tofu, and chicken. So good. Took forever and I can't fit the leftovers in any of my containers, much less my fridge, and we ate too much too late, but I'm proud of it. It's at least as good as Union Grill's
