(no subject)
I haven't written in this for a few months but...what the heck. I applied to graduate last week for winter 2007...woo! Less than a year! If all works out, though, I will be back at UW in September 2007 for graduate school in library sciences. I just have to...get into the program. :)
I registered to take a class this summer. As of right now this seems like a good idea, but last spring quarter I did the same thing and ended up dropping the class because I decided it wasn't worth the summer stress. But the class sounds really good - children's lit - no papers or tests, just attending class for an hour Monday-Thursday and discussion. Plus we'll be reading Harry Potter! So as of right now I will be rocking the newsstand until August 18, then GOING TO MAINE!!!! then MOVING OUT!!!! then going back to work and school.
My new goal before my 21st birthday (ahem July 11) is to find a good beer that I like. Right now I detest beer but I feel this is a sort of tragedy and need to find one that I enjoy. (I don't want to be the loser that goes bar-hopping and drinks wine) Any ideas? So far I have heard Redhook Summerhook Ale and Harp.
