Bike update
I rode her to work today, and back home. Unfortunately, there are many many hills. Many hills. They're mostly between Valencia and my house, but the rest of the way is relatively flat. I also miscalculated a turn on the way home and ended up going the wrong way for a bit on South Van Ness, and then accidentally getting in the "FWY ONLY" lane leading to the 80 East and the Bay Bridge. Heh. I'll never make that mistake again! I also seem to have lost the gears on the back end of the bike. The chain has become disconnected. And I know nothing about bikes or gears or how to change gears correctly yada yada. I'll try to fix it tonight.
On the bright side, no Muni today, and I got two loooong sessions of cardio in! The last time my heart rate rose for that long TWICE in one day was, well, probably never.
