Somtimes i just wonder what im doing with my life.
Days spent remembering the good times, thinking of what will become of me.
Everytime somthing pops up of dreams shattered or hopes put out it hurts with a great pain.
so many things have happened. So many people have changed. But i.....havent...
It frustrates me that in this world, to get anywhere, its not what you know, its who you know. I tried my hardest to find a contractor that would take me on and none of the 85 i called had the time of day for me. Not until my parents jumped in and asked my uncle if i could get a spot at the company he works for. He pulled a few strings and now im going to be working for the Areospace Division of IMP Electic.
Testing as of late in school has been getting worse and worse. We've been taking AC theory tests and they are a REQUIRED mark for passing the course. Fail any of the 5 and fail the course and have a CHANCE of writing a supplimentary. Meaning i can pass the course but have a big ole FAIL on my record. Yay <.<
I got a 68 of the first one, 84 on the second, the third one i find out tomorrow and the fourth is a combination for the first three and the last is based on advance theory. Fuck i love this course. *slams head into wall*
the labs get more frustraing as they go. Simple start stop switching for motor controls gets ugly. One i can do, two is fine, but the four at a time pissed me off because i had to work with my partner for a combined mark. It just didnt make sense. We got through it but i was still in a haze. Give my my OWN lab and 4 switches and im done in 20 minutes. God...
And today i started jogging switching. Meaning a start stop + a start as long as i hold the button lab. first attempt = NOTHING WORKS.
Second attmpt = NOTHING WORKS PROPERLY
Third attmpt = teacher saying in am idiot for wiring it the way i did and to do it backwards.
Fourth attempt = Start stop on BOTH
Fifth = stat stop on one ando nothing on the other
Sixth = jog working and noting on the other
No seventh because it had already been 4 hours and we got kicked out.
Pretty fun in the lab with the teacher yellin at ya tellin you if you cant cut it he doesnt want me around and to go work for McDonalds.
So needless to say, if i had stayed in bed, id be more productive.
$750 left on the bike woot!
So last weekend was Watts' party thinger with the fireworks that blew. Altho my parents told me the next day that they heard the real ones we set off. Got to see Ashley, Caily, Leslie and Hannah!! Which wqas awesome since i havent seen Hannah in 2 months?
she gave me my X-mas gift because we hadn't seen each other since. i got an AWESOME hand painted plate with Knuckles Shadow and Tails in the middle and Sonic spinnin around the outside. Did i mention it was awesome? I think i did butr just in case....IT WAS AWESOME :D, but sadly it's just a bump on this downhill ride.
Let's see..... the Brawl tournety i looked forward too is a big flop in my eyes. Gotta use Wiimotes, no character select. Pittyful.
Hm, the depo didnt look like shit when i went in Friday, which was a change of pace. Marc's woman had her baby. So needless to say Marc wont be working for the next 2 odd weeks. Then again, whats the diffrence?
Money is starting to get a little short, nights seem to fly by with the amazing 2 hours of sleep!! I actually fell asleep in clas the other day and Keizer just slammed the code on my head. *this fucker is like 700 odd pages and thicker pages* Once i came to he said " now see if i was some pretty little blonde thing maybe you'd stay awake eh Strickland?" And of course the gay jokes kick in from the peanut gallery. Yay im sure am glad i decided to be in a class of mature people eh?
Things at home are good as they get. Dad tortured himself with the boat show, mom is on her 5th of 8 kemo treatments. The cat lazes around until im ready to do somthing and plays with my feet as per usual.
