a few things!
I got a kitten yesterday! She is so freaking adorable, you guys - predominantly black calico with barely-there splotches of brown and white. She looks like she has a permanent milk mustache. Anyway - pictures later, my camera is not functioning at the moment, for some reason.
What else...oh man, the other night I had a dream that I was in a relationship with Evan and Anna, but for some reason Anna was Japanese (while still being Russian, of course; you know how dreams go). So basically we ate sushi and made out a lot. Not going to lie, it was a pretty awesome dream.
I somehow managed to sign up to write three and a half fics for a deadline that's a week away and...well, let's just not talk about how that progress is going.

I have this obsession with advertising; it's not an industry I think I could work in, because the blatant manipulation would kill my soul (too melodramatic?) but I am fascinated by how it works. And I love being surprised by an ad that's just plain good. For your viewing pleasure: A truly awesome Nike soccer ad. Maybe I'm biased because I already really like soccer, but I still think it's pretty freaking fantastic. A cute - but still really impressive - ad for the Olympus PEN camera. And finally, a hilarious ad for Canal+.
Um...oh, I had all these thoughts about the way fandom views RPF, but I think I've been over this a few times. I just hate being made to feel creepy about it, especially by people who at least understand the way fannish obsession works.
