WHY THE HELL IS THE SCHOOL BELL GOING OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF MY SUMMER BREAK? I AM UNIMPRESSED.

*cough* Moving on! My family and I watched Drillbit Taylor a few nights ago. It was as stupid as I'd expected, but actually pretty funny. I guess that's what happens when Seth Rogen is involved in something. Seriously, the only guy who does better stupid ( Read more... )

me tooooooooooooo.

*bonds*

yay for movie marathons.

and what is it with someone not turning the bloody bells off? they are supposed to. some caretakey type person couldn't be bothered. *glares*

i've never been a real fan of nicole kidman's acting. i sort of like her and feel affectionate towards her of recent years (pretty much since The Divorce) but never really warm to her in films at all.

Apparently they were testing the bells? But it's still unacceptable, in my books.

Fair enough. I guess I just never realized before how many people don't like Nicole Kidman. I mean, I've never been a huge fan, but all of a sudden everyone spits venom when her name is mentioned.

i think the spitting venom is unfair tbh. i was NEVER overly impressed with her (right back to hotel thingy that she did when she was really young) but she was touted as The Thing and got all this push in hollywood. and then she married Whatsisname and that was all enormous then.

i hate how the industry finds someone to inflate and then pops that same balloon. it just is really wrong. /rant

No, I agree with you completely. It bothers me, because it means you're never just judging an actor on the basis of their acting. It all ties into what perception you have of them from the media and from their personal lives, so regardless of how well they act, you're just thinking you dislike them because they're overrated or annoying or whatever else.

Oh gah, I can't stand seafood. I have a huge aversion to the sea and anything from it. :(

Stamps! I think that's cool, I love looking at stamps from different places. ;) (We're both just that ~cool.)

Oh that's awesome! I've never won anything, so jealous. ;) Are you gonna put it on Ebay or something?

I'm not a fan of cheesecake, but my dad is so I make it for him occasionally. My cheesecake is awesome. :D

Well, I'm not a huge fan of the sea itself, but normally I do okay with seafood.

We are clearly the coolest people ever, hands down.

I'm trying to sell it to Uni students, actually. Apparently the foreign students who come in often have a lot of money, and need a computer of this size.

Someday you will have to make me cheesecake, I think.

Idek, but it just freaks me out. :\

Yep, No-one can beat our ~coolness! :D

Interesting, but that's good.

I would love to! And I really want to get out of Perth. I have no iea what my parent were thinking, London to Perth = ridiculous. Perth is a town for old people. :\ I would love to live in Melbourne though, I loved it there! <3

Melbourne is a gorgeous city. I love how much history you can see just walking through it. Also, I should definitely come visit you in Perth sometime within the next year, I'm thinking.

I am glad you think it's cute and not just scarily obsessive! ♥

It's a 24" screen? And I am trying to sell it to some Uni students.

Vegan cheesecake, hmmm....how would that work?

Probably you are slightly biased, yes. But hey, it's allowed.

Well, thanks.

See, I have no reason to own a computer that size, or with that capacity for arty things. I don't even know how to use Photoshop.

I used to throw salt over my shoulder, but I kept forgetting which shoulder you're supposed to throw it over so I stopped doing it :P

Sometimes I struggle with that. I'm pretty sure it's right hand, left shoulder, but there's a good chance I'm wrong.

It's also still strange to me too.. I never know if I am where I'm supposed to be if I'm not currently in a class.
