i laid down for a nap with seamus and ended up sleeping all night. apparently, when my brain gets too much sleep it does some serious spring cleaning because i had dreams about people i haven't even seen in years. i'll try and remember as much as i can ( Read more... )

today I dreamed that my roommate died. It was so goddamn sad and surreal, because after he died he showed me what his afterlife was like, and I looked down through this opening of his coffin, where there was just this large, massive expanse of silicious layers of towels, or some cloths or something. Basically huge clothes lines criss crossing one another, and it felt warm down there, but I didn't know if that was hell or not. He told me it was enjoyable and said there was nothing to fear. I woke all fucked up from that one though.

I rarely do not remember my dreams.

Anyway, have you tried controlling your dreams?
It worked for me.

My method was reading. Just imagining letters in front of me and reading whatever it says. IT WORKED!
I managed to do it for about 4 days in a row.

I will now try with typing.... then I will move onto something else until I manage to fully control my dreams.

no, i've never tried that. right now i'm working on trying to remember tham as much as i can. i like seeing what my mind is doing while i'm asleep and trying to figure out what my subconscious is thinking by analyzing symbolism in my dreams. i think my roommate has an article on lucid dreaming, i should read that and try to control them.

I believe that you will undergo a hypnotic programing is you analyse your dreams. I know this because I used dreams to see what is going to happen the same day. I did that for few years, and I started seeing patterns and relations btw things I dreamt and things that were going to happen.

Dream is a tool.
There is nothing to be analysed, unless you want to be one with way you do the analysis. Be careful how you alter your thinking.

(this is just my experience however)
