Study? Fuck that!

I hate having to be my own voice of reason. When I say "Ya, I have two exams Thursday. It sucks. I have to study all day tomorrow." I expect someone to be the responsible friend and say "Fuck you and your studying. You're coming out to the bar!" Instead I am the one who has to drag people out. Exams be damned. Most of these friends are probably gonna fail regardless. They might as well just accept it and get hammed. Well, I got them halfway there. They'll have to work on the acceptance part. Last night was a decent night out. The real reason for the mid-exam bar break was that my friend Mike bombed Rock Mechanics. I'm not sure how, since we studied together and had essentially all the same things on our cheat sheet. Regardless, he was depressed and I did what any good friend would do. We kidnapped Steve and his hot gf, then picked up Mike's Asian twin, who also happens to be named Mike and then booted it to Brew Pub. Now, you know a Pub is classy when they have board games for you to use. I think everyone needs to try drunken Risk at least once. I added a little tequila to the mix, but no one else wanted to have any. They were too busy dominating the world. I picked up their tab anyway. Unfortunately Risk takes far too long and we got kicked out of the bar. Mike has decided to take up smoking, so naturally I had to kick his ass. That's what a good friend does, right? We were cuttin through some back alley and next thing he knew he was on the ground. Usually I wouldn't kick a man while he's down, but this was Mike. Other Mike saw his housemate on the ground and rushed over to help. I know what you're thinkin. He's a good housemate to come over and help... ecept that it was to help kick more. Apparently Mike was a little bruised this morning, but at least he'll think twice about smoking again. After the ass-kicking everyone went home. Except me. Home seemed too far away at the time, and so I just hung around Mike's. He was running around his street drunk, and decided to talk to some randoms. Next thing we knew the randoms had us locked in their basement for a deathmatch of poker. However, they had McDonald's with them, so we didn't really care. They ended up taking all our money (a whole $5 each) and then I decided that my bed needed me. All in all it was a good mid-exam break. I still haven't studied very much for those 2 exams. Good thing they're both open book. I guess I should go try to find my books now....
