ok so i did not no this but i lost an amount of wight well not alot but i think its turing into mussle or somthing, anyway the other day a freind of my brothers said i looked like i lost some and then said that my brother thinks so to. and paul the other day said about it and i did not realy notice till paul sent me pics of his family reunion and i cna see it now lol im all excited
