1. Mysteries. Do you sleuth alongside Nancy Drew or Miss Marple? Fan of Nero Wolfe?
I know of Nancy Drew and I had always meant to read Nancy Drew at school, but as at the time I had started the Three Investigators Mysteries, I wanted to finish that first before I started Nancy Drew... so... I never actually read Nancy Drew LOL. And I do have good sleuthing instincts LOL. This morning we saw a spot of dog puke, and I said, "That's Frankie's". Dad was like "nooooo impossible, he was with me all along!" and I said "look, it's half dried, and it's got pieces of that snack you gave him last night. Besides, you must have stepped on it because it's a bit smudged." He was all "impossible! But then when he looked at his house slippers... he was triumphant when he saw a clean left slipper, but then went "oh, you are right, it was me," because his right slipper was full of dried puke. *rolls eyes*.
2. Plan on making a batch of chili? Have a top secret recipe to share?
I don't eat spicy stuff and I've noticed this "making chili" seems to be a very.... western thing....?
3. Does your car or did a family car have a name?
"The dog car" (my car) and "the Ferrari" (Mom's car, but it's not a Ferrari. It's a red corolla that she calls it a Ferrari because it's red)
4. Did you walk to school with your friends? Take a school bus?
My parents used to take turns to drive me to school but I'd always be late. And then one time the headmistress did give me a good verbal bashing and I said "I was ready very early! My parents just don't want to leave home early!" but the headmistress did not believe me. Since that day onwards, I refused for my parents to drive me. I walked. An hour before school started. School is really just 15 or 20 minutes away on foot, but because the headmistress scolded me that one time, I made sure I was waaaaaaayyyyy early and walk past HER office and say I walked to school today.
Going home though, I walked with friends. There were a few that lived in the same area. They just refused to walk with me so early LOL.
5. Ever have someone carry your books home from school?
Nah. I never really understood it. It's your bag, you carry it.
