a great birthday!!!
I had an amazing birthday! I didn't think it would be so great because I have so much stuff going on (moving, dance recital, work, dance...etc) but it turned out to be great. It totally made up for the crappy birthday I had last year.
First On the 22nd, Monday, Michael suprised me with taking me to Ohana (my favorite restaurant). He told me that we were going to see his friend in an improv comedy show. I asked him where it was, and he told me orignally Downtown and then in Lake Buena Vista. I had no idea he would take me to Ohana. Well, when he missed the exit for Hotel Plaza Blvd. I kinda got an idea that we weren't going to a show...and then he let the cat out of the bag. I was very happy. He is amazingly sweet. We had a great night, despite waiting for a bit. They changed the menu a bit at Ohana, but it's still the atomshphere that I love. They sang Happy Birthday to me and gave me a cupcake. I have a picture, (but it's on Michael's computer). We got to see the fireworks from the Magic Kingdom. They are beautiful. That made me revive my love for Disney. I want an Annual Pass, damnit. But it's too damn expensive. If they had a pay monthly pass like us, i'd be there in a heartbeat.
We then took a monorail ride around the seven seas lagoon. We got to ride in the front with the driver! That always excites me. That was great. I loved what he did for me. he also got me a great card, with Mickey and Minnie on it. He bought me the Newlyweds Last Season also. I wanted it, but i wouldn't buy it because they broke up. the show was funny though.
Michael bought me breakfast on my birthday too. He got me Planet Smoothie and french fries. Then we packed up some stuff and went to my new apartment. I was stressing because my dad was coming in at 3 PM and if stuff had not been moved, well, i'd be yelled at. I also cleaned out my car. I headed to the dance studio.
I then had to learn the teacher's dance. It's a fun dance, but I think we should have learned it way before yesterday, because the recital is this weekend. Jere wouldn't let me leave the dance studio. I saw my students trickle in. I had then @ 5 PM. After the teacher's dance, I walked into Studio B and my students sprayed me with silly string and screamed Happy Birthday to me. I love them for this! I loved them before, but now I love them even more. Then Jere brings in a cake and a rose, that she tells me Michael had gotten for me. (aww!!!) he's amazing. We ate and some of my students bought me a present so I opened that. I got candles and a Marilyn Monroe towel!! They also bought me a crown that lights up with a butterfly on it.
During my last class, my best friend comes walking in with balloons!!! I got emotional. All my students welcomed him! he watched them dance and then we left. We were meeting my dad at Chili's by the airport. My dad's here to help me move. Michael, Shawn, and my dad came with me. Then all of a sudden Skylor walks up and then Jeremy, then Adrian (shawn's boyfriend), and then Bridget! it was a great dinner! My dad made everyone laugh. it was a great dinner.
I was tired and we went home. My dad is sleeping at my new place.
Michael is helping my dad moving tomorrow while I am at the dance dress rehearsal. He makes me feel really special. I have to thank him for a lot of the special things that happened to me on my birthday!!!
