Happy Australia Day!

To all our Aussie friends & family - HAPPY AUSTRALIA DAY.

We have settled in nicely at Sharp Park where we are acting as Caretakers. It's pretty warm out here during the day, but if you can get out of the sun and into the odd breeze it's quite nice. I am still getting used to cleaning toilets. I didn't really think it would be a problem, and it isn't really. However, I can't believe how rude people can be. They treat "the cleaners" like they are scum....I can handle this, but what I find unacceptable is when I have placed the sign outside saying that the toilets are closed for cleaning, and people just disregard it. Twice now, both times in the men's toilets, I have just added the cleaning products to the toilets, and someone has come in and used them. And believe me, they must think that as the "cleaning lady" is there, they don't need to clean up after themselves. Dirty pigs!!!!

Today is a public holiday, and tomorrow school recommences, so we are thinking we will only have a few campers left after about lunch time today, so should be nice & quiet tonight.
