[Action / Voice] - Keep your health meter above zero.
[Today is the day that Eggman chose to wander out into the forest a little way outside of the village. His goal? To capture small animals, which he intends to use as a power source for a robot design he has in his head. Because of the lack of resources in Luceti, the doctor's decided to go back to his old power source - he's not used animals in some time.
Still, he's never actually captured them by himself before. And so, here Eggman is, out in the forest alone carrying a small cage and a fishing net. He's not actually that far off from the path to the village when he spots a squirrel.]
Come here, you little--! [Eggman lets the cage go and chases after the animal, which promptly flees up a tree. Eggman flails his net in its direction and then smacks right into the tree, quite painful. He falls onto his back and curses the little animal looking down at him.
That is, until things start to get a little weird. Eggman rolls to his feet and looks around with confusion as the forest starts to change before his eyes. The trees are now replaced with giant mushrooms of various heights, with large, flat tops.]
W-what!? What's going on here?
[At this point, several curious creatures pop out from hiding. They look like short little mushrooms on legs, with mean faces. They start to wander around randomly, and one spots Eggman.]
What in the world are you? [No answer. It merely charges at Eggman, causing him to have to jump out of the way.] Aaah! What the? [It turns and charges again. This time, Robotnik is ready and gives the thing a swift kick in the face. It flies back a bit and seems to be unconscious or dead before disappearing.]
What was that? [Eggman scratches his head a moment, before walking back to where he left his journal - with the cage he'd dropped back there. He ducks behind a mushroom stalk to try and avoid the monsters and starts a voice post.]
[Voice starts here.]
Is anyone else having a, er, mushroom problem? [And next, as if to clarify:] Mushrooms! Everywhere! The trees are mushrooms! There's even little fungi trying to tackle me. I- Oh no! More of them are coming! H-heeeelp!

[One can either come across Eggman in the forest after he makes his voice post, or hear his plea on the journal system if they're not too busy fighting other monsters right now.]
