I was extremely unhappy with my earlier play of hir, didn’t seem to be improving, tried to do stuff but ended up being blah about it/feeling like a failure, etc. And that went on for about a year! I feel like I ruined my soulanimal :’( Plus, I had kind of fallen out of love with 07G! And even though Kuroyuri showed up again, my love was not rekindled. I figured I ought to let go before I made myself even more unhappy with hir.

Reason For Apping: Um!! One of my most favorite characters ever, no lie. I loved Yumekui since I read the first volume - so much so that I went out and bought the raws too, which is when I learned about Tsukishiro. Then his volumes were translated and I loved him more. Then the last volume was translated and I was like oh my god. I seriously cried all over Timmy and AJ and essayed at them lots in PM because I wanted to app him so bad.
Reason For Dropping: Tsukishiro is someone who should be getting involved with a lot of people(‘s nightmares)! Which I never felt comfortable doing, really, for the same reason I never did enough terrible things with Kuroyuri. Plus, I did struggle with his voice some, because I always worried I was making him sound too dumb/confident about the wrong things, and Tsukishiro is someone who is very in control, even when he isn’t.

Reason For Dropping: I loved playing Raiya! His voice was very easy for me and I didn’t struggle in finding posts to reply to. But there wasn’t much of a pull for me to keep him, so I knew I would drop him the moment I got bored of him.

Reason For Apping: Everyone said he was my type and then he was. I was actually doubtful about having time to play him, but since I had been so psyched about apping him I made myself go through with it. Probably not the best idea!
Reason For Dropping: A number of reasons! First, I reaaaally wanted to play him and get settled with him, but I didn’t have much time to play. This wouldn’t normally be a problem for me, but he was also a super popular character and a lot of people really wanted to play him and play with him! So I felt like I was letting a lot of people down by going at my own pace. I worried so much I never felt quite comfortable with the voice, and I finally gave up and decided to let someone else do him justice.
