[ this is a MASS TEXT sent out to Somarium residents. This can be responded to or even made into an action log, if desired. ]
Residents of Somarium:
This is D, Inspector Javert's assistant, and part of the Somarium police force. This is just a small announcement about the... events occurring here, as the Inspector has his hands full at the moment.
The appearance of the targets and Cupid's are an unavoidable part of Somarium, as I am sure you all know. However, if you are having problems with any of the Cupids, do not hesitate to contact me via my own dreamberry. I will arrive as soon as possible. The Dreamberries do not seem to support a GPS function, so please report to me on Video or give me a street name, so I know where to report to.
There will be no need to file a report on the... incident. If you wish to avoid them, stay indoors as much as possible.
Any question or concerns, you may direct them to me.

It would be a good idea, I believe if while any patrol officers are around, to do any type of damage control they can on the angels. If you find out any information, please contact me. I'm not certain its in my place, but until Javert comes around and specifies he is able to take any reports, direct them to me. and if the higher ups want to say anything about it, well, I'll wait for it then, the civilians come first.
Also, Detective Harry Potter, I will be contacting you on your Dreamberry, so keep an eye out.
