Neville sat back against the head-frame of the bed with his copy of the Prophet.He had been reading it through, though there was hardly anything in it worth paying attention to. The Prophet had become basically a propaganda paper.
He had just finished wrapping up the gift he had gotten Ginny. It was safely back in the hiding spot in the greenhouse. He probably could have gotten something a little more special then a new quaffle.
That brought his thinking back to the fight he had overheard between Hermione and Ron. As loud as they had been, it would have been surprising if anyone in the house had missed it. Neville hadn't been able to hear exactly what it had been about, but the slamming of doors and shouting was clear. He hadn't seen or heard either of them in the house at all since yesterday.
