[Well, Sora was about to respond, through video now that he's figured out the basics of this device, but his Growlithe has decided to get in the way and is barking at the screen after seeing the Houndour.]

--Flame, stop that! I'm trying to talk!

[...Cue a struggle. He'll get to you in a sec, Connie, promise.]

[ too bad for sora, houndour is being sassy and really doesn't like growlithe's response. so she knocks conrad over in effort to get to the source of the barking, which just happens to be the pokegear, and conrad finds himself on his ass for the second time of the day. ]

Damn it, you stupid dog-thing--get off of me! [ commence flailing of connie on the ground as he tries to shove his pokemon out of the way and get out the following words to whoever's on the other side of the pokegear: ]

What the hell do you think you're doing?

[Ugh darnit, Flame. He eventually gets the Pokémon to sit down and be quiet, and looks very apologetic! And sincere!]

Right. [ but that's the only response sora gets to his explanation as he rights himself, shoving away his houndour with a hissed "shoo!" ]

The PokéDex? Erm, okay. [ there's fumbling, where it can be assumed that he's examining the PokéDex. ] Thanks for your help. [ at the mention of the doctor, however, he gets really shifty. ]
