It was the end of term, and she was finally finished.

Elizabeth collapsed, stomach first, on her bed and lay there for a moment, before sighing and reaching out for her Christmas list, to double check it.

Christmas shopping was all well and good.

But if Elizabeth was going to shop, then Elizabeth needed lists.

And writing lists of who she was planning to buy presents for, who she was sending cards to and what she needed herself for the Christmas period?

Quite frankly, won hands down over biology revision.

Or any sort of schoolwork really.

After her trip to the clinic, Elizabeth slowly returned to the room, limping.

"Borrowing" pillows off some of the other beds in the room, she placed them on her bed and rested her leg on them, leaning back against her headboard.
